Casa de Swell’s last zinnia of the summer fully on fire in the horizontal autumn glare. The dying flower and dying sun, sputtering in the long shadows of a chilly tuesday afternoon. Nighttime temperatures will be in the 30s by Sunday. Three gold roses will be frozen. Winter’s coming.
